With the lead singer first meeting his future bandmates during a chance train ride, Sacred Alien is a heavy metal/rock band that shook Manchester stages back in the 80s. Sean Canning (Sacred Alien’s lead singer) witnessed Chris Lea’s gift for drumming with an impromptu jam session using empty milk cartons in their bumpy train compartment.
They’d go on to release their single named “Spiritual Planet”, along with a few compilations. They sadly split up in 1983, but they’ve since returned to bless the rock scene with their 2021 album “The Universe Doesn’t Care About You.” The band has a natural comic and psychedelic vibe, with their logo being stylized with a futuristic sci-fi inspired font. Some even say that their music was ahead of its time, entirely fitting for the band’s futuristic motif.

Our Sacred Alien patches aim to please the band’s fans, as it was designed with their celestial and extraterrestrial theme in mind. Pristine, white stars dot the patch’s surface—nebulous clouds of varying shades of a deep blue and indigo shade the background. The band’s name and logo are stitched in a brilliant gold that complements the other colours. The words VIGILANTE AETHERES are stitched at the bottom.
